Layout, synchro and invalid Jad...

Had the phone (Orange SPV3100) working fine for a good week before the update (had registered as an SPV3000). Also published a few widsets, was happy... but then your update and everything started o collapse: widsets on top of each other, impossible to set them back in place on the web page, moving them around some got stuck outside the virtual screen (using a Mac OSX10.39)...

Having tried a lot of things, decided finally to Delete my subscription (and un-install the applet on the phone), and register again. But now during the set-up on the phone I get the message "Invalid JAD"

a bit frustrating... any idea what's going on and what I could do ?
