it should not require anything special. If you get this kind of information, it could be that you have tried to access a page that does not exist, or sometimes, randomly the service gives this note, but if you retry, close the widget and retry it should work.
We have tested with N9300i as well, it has proven to work ok here.
One trick, if you cannot upload any teletext page, is to try to remove the widget from the dashboard and pick it again and then try.
