Removing Public chat widget for now

Dear fellow WidSetters

We regrettably have to remove our Public Chat widget from you all since it seems that there are users who do not honor the principles they have agreed to follow in WidSets EULA (end user license agreement).
We'll be bringing it back online once we have solved how to enforce the common agreement in chat.
