Any known wordpress RSS problems?

Hi I am having some issues and not quite sure where to look.
I am using an RSS2 feed and when an article is added on my site, the widset I created does not seem to always refresh itself and show the new article. It seems as though its consistently reading from some type of cache and not going to my site to get the latest rss feed.

Is there anyway to correct this issue?
