Many times RSS feeds don't actually contain the whole stories of the articles they have since they are mostly meant to be used on the web. There the link can be easily clicked and opened on the browser for the full story.
Widsets will deliver text and images that are inside the <description> or <content:encoded> -elements found inside the <item> element of an RSS XML document. <content:encoded> documentation can be found in:
http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/
A comparison is made and the longer contents of the two is chosen (description or content:encoded).
Could you please post the RSS feed you are accessing and I can also try to figure out why the WidSets RSS widget is getting less content the the other reader.
