Päivitin feedin käyttämään php-tiedostoa jolloin säätiedot ovat nyt reaaliaikaisia ja jotta voin myös lisätä ukkostutkan sekä käppyröitä vidgettiin;)

I updated the feed to use php, so now is the data realtime and I added also the stormtracker.
