Hi Kenneth,

to be able to read the widget, you don't need to publish it to the library. You can have it as a private widget on your own dashboard.

Have you checked the the RSS feed that you used to create a widget is a valid one? E.g. you can use different kind of checkers for that like this one http://feedvalidator.org/. If the feed is valid, then it should bring some content to the widget as well.

Please, try couple of different RSS feeds, if they work. The feeds differs from each other in quality as well. Some feeds may fetch only the title, and but the content may be empty, when some feeds have long stories with images etc.

I hope you get the widgets working.
