Hi,

Sorry if someone has already asked this:

Will I incur a cost in using widsets or is the service completely free?

It sounds too good to be true!

Widget it is nice and free software :-)

BUT! ? You need to contact you Service provider because you are properly paying for generated traffic by the MB. Take me I am being billed 15 Dkr pr. MB ? so it is properly not 100 % for you to use Widget, but that is also why they have made a Traffic monitor with a alarm function that can tell you how much traffic you have used so far.

As Nicki noted, WidSets is indeed completely free when it comes to the actual service. The only thing you'll end up paying for is for the data connection and that is something that depends on the carrier used. Most carriers (operators) have many billing schemes that are suited for differing usage. For example I personally use a data plan that allows unlimited amount of data transfer with a fixed cost (10 euros / month).

Just to get a perspective on things, I've used WidSets quite a bit during the last month and it has only generated 10 megabytes of traffic during that time. Traffic Monitor is there for the users to be clear on the used bandwitdh. Traffic Reminder under Traffic Monitor can be used to inform the user whenever WidSets exceeds some amount of traffic (your data plan limit for example), though this value has to be inserted manually by the user.
