How to cancel an account (your account) from WidSets

----Today was my day off!----
.....I found this site, while surfing the internet in my PC.
I liked it and I decided to have it in my Cellphone.
After writing my Username and my password I got the page where you decide on which way you want WidSets to get into you phone. (#1-writing your phone number.)
.............................(#2-going to an URL in your cellphone,they give you
..................................at that moment)
.............................(#3- I don't remember the 3th one)

~But I picked number 1.
I wait for 5 long hours and no mesage came into my cellphone.
(Remember : today was my day off)
So I wentback to my PC again and I log in (easily).
I tryied to find the way to get widsets into my cell phone and since I didn't find any way. I started again the registration proscess, with a new username, and a new password.

the problem is that I dont remember that password and I don't like that Username.

I actually did it just to get the URL to write doun in my cellphone and to get WidSets in my cell phone.
And now Everytime I run the widsets program in my cellphone It gets loged in with the Username I don't like,

and I don't want to have double acounts at this site.

I prefer to have just the first one. and I would like to cancel or eliminate or delete or whatever the second one.

but now I have been in my PC and my Cellphone for about 3 more hours,... (REMEMER 2day was my day off) ,...trying to cancel that account and I can not find any link which take me to that place.

(Finally the question)

Could somebody tell me about how to cancel one of my 2 accounts I have in this site?

Hi pickipicky,

Thanks for sharing your user experience with WidSets. I agree that it needs to be more visible how to reinstall the WidSets client to the mobile end for old members, how to master the account etc. I hope we are able to make these kind of usability improvements for our next release and stop wasting people's days off.

Log in to www.widsets.com with the username and password (the one you want to delete or reload). If you don't remember the password, you can request a new one from this page: https://www.widsets.com/login.html (Forgot your password?). To request the password you need to know the username and the email address that you used for registration.

After logging in to the page, go to "My Profile" page. Find the "Settings" link from the left hand side. On the Settings page, you can find two important features. One is an easy way to download your WidSets client to your mobile end. For this one, use the "Reload" button. Make sure the mobile phone number is correct. This way you will receive an text message with a link where you can download the client. Another way to easily reload the client is to go directly with mobile browser to url: www.widsets.mobi and use the download link there.

On the Settings page there's also "Delete account" possibility. This way the members can delete unnecessary account themselves, but unfortunately right now the feature is broken. We released a new WidSets version a week ago, and this feature got broken. We are currently trying to create a fix for this one and hopefully it will be visible for you soon. I will let you know when "Delete account" works again.

I hope that all the struggle you have faced is not for nothing and you'll find WidSets a useful and fun service.

We have now fixed the bug concernig the user profile deletation. You can now delete the User Profile if not wish to use the WidSets any longer, or you have multible profiles for some reason.

To delete a user profile:
Log in to www.widsets.com
Open My Profile page
Select "Settings"
Select "Delete account"
