Here's a chance to pitch in...

If you're experiencing button specific functionality related issues on your mobile while using WidSets, please try our keytester and let us know if your mobile performs differently than the default key codes listed below.

Default key codes:
Left soft key: -6
Right soft key: -7
Joystick/arrow up: -1
Joystick/arrow right: -4
Joystick/arrow down: -2
Joystick/arrow left: -3
Fire/middle: -5
Number 0: 48
Number 1: 49
Number 2: 50
Number 3: 51
Number 4: 52
Number 5: 53
Number 6: 54
Number 7: 55
Number 8: 56
Number 9: 57
Star: 42
Hash: 35

So if these values differ, please report the keys you got as a reply to this thread. Remember to include the following in your entry: Platform name from the application and your mobile model.

Keytester fonf is too small

Hi Pekko.

Thanks for your quick feedback. We've just added support for a bit bigger font in the keytester application. New tester is available by downloading the application again.

We'll add support for your Qtek soon.

Fire/middle: -5
"*]" button: -51 (could be used for left soft key) (upper right corner)
"[*" button: -52 (right side, in the middle)
"[<" button: 27 (could be used for right soft key) (lower right corner)

On the top side of the phone there is also a button that has a speaking pacman fella picture in it. Keytester maps it with value -13

All key codes the same except for joystick and soft keys:

New keytester does not work in my Qtek 8310 5.10 (Build 195)
It start, titlebar have text KeyTest but bottom menus (softkeys) are from Qtek Midlet manager (sorry, no screeshot)

Thank's for the update.
btw: that exit with red-button does not work in Qtek, same effect with other midlets too, maybe it's bug in Qtek java implementation.

imate JAM works teh same as the Qtek 8310 report, except I don't see any left and right soft keys.
