Authorization failed errors

I haven't used Widsets in some time, so I tried to download the new version to my Nokia 6682, but I keep getting authentication failed errors, and it won't install.

I've tried logging in online and sending the text message with the link to the phone, as well as using my mobile browser to navigate right to the page with the same results.

Which was the error note; authorization or authentication failed?

The error says authentication failed. I've completely removed all previously installed versions of WidSets, and I still recieve the authentication failed error when trying to install.

Are you trying to download your customised WidSets for "leefur5"?

Please, try to download from get.widsets.com with your mobile browser directly and choose the link "Download" to get a new client. Do you succeed to install that?

Sorry for the delay in my reply. To answer your question, I have tried to download both my customized WidSets as well as a new client from get.widsets.com, and both give me the same "athorization Failed error after they try to install.

If it's any help, this is an unlocked Cingular Nokia 6682.

Authentication failed note comes when you try to install the unsigned client on top of the signed one. From get.widsets.com you will always get an unsigned client. Your customised one should be signed one.

Could it be that while uninstalling the old version there's still some parts of the application left in on you mobile. If the WidSets was installed on a memory card, a format could help.

Or check the Application Manager's Settings for Software installation, if changing the settings would help.
