Got WidSets but cant access selected widgets

Hi my widsets has been downloaded and is opening alright however am having difficulties in accessing the widgets. All I have is the main screen i.e. a stary night but no way of accessing the widgets. Occasionally a bubble saying connecting and then shows another saying off line but nothing else happens. Can you help?

please check out this thread - there's many tips for connectivity problems. For some reason the data connection is not working for you. I hope you find some help from here:

To find different content to your WidSets dashboard, just explore the Library and look for a content that interests you.
