WidSets 2.00 Won't Work On My N95 8GB

Hey!

I'm enjoying using widsets, but when i updated it, anytime I click the app, Nothing happens. Its like its dead. Then I have to go back and download the old version.

Any help please?? I'm a bit confused and i like to use Widsets.

Hi Electonic_Eden,

please remove any WidSets version from your device and download a new one from widsets.mobi with your mobile browser for example.

It's preferred to be installed on phone's memory. Whenever you download WidSets from now on, you should always receive the 2.0 version.

In some cases, Java app's upgrade (to replace old version) may lead up to a dead icon if installed on external /mass memory. It's recommended to remove old version and download the new version.
Did you face this problem only once related to this update?

Hi Tana,
I'm facing the same problem ! I hava an aplic. called "Download!" in my N95 and by this program a can downlod the version 1.0.7 of widsets that works perfectly ( lucky me ! ). I've tryed many time to update the program an I have the same problem: Whem I tried to lounch widsets noting hapens !!

Hi temperine,

Downlaod! should have the latest version of WidSets available now, though it may vary a little bit depending on countries. We keep on pushing the latest version to all channels. Thanks for letting us know that somewhere is still the old version.

You should get the latest version working on N95 as well. So, please, remove manually the current version from the mobile phone. After that got to widsets.mobi url with your mobile browser and download the WidSets from there. It's important to remove the old version before getting new one.

I would advise to install the WidSets to your phone's memory as it seems to be much quicker there.
