How to install on aBB 8310

Hi

Every time I try to download through OTA I get a 907 error and the file says its 0 bytes. I looked up the list of phones that work and 8310 is on the list. please tell me what is wrong?>

Hi kryten4b,

WidSets and BlackBerry devices have some great compatibility issues currently. Only model that seems to work is be BB 8700. Also 8100 seems to work with the latest firmware update according to someone's post here at the Forum.

Currently I can't give any estimation, when the other models would be working again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Tana

in your lists of supported phones its says the 8310 is supported. Maybe you should remove it from that list?

Thanks, I will do so. Let's see what we can do with the Compatible phones webpage, that needs to updates as well.
