Login Problem

hello, excuse me for my bad english
i have a new memorycard in witch i have re-installed widsets.
my old username was fabiano1987 now the phone gaves me another provvisory username.
i want to upgrade this provvisory nickname with the old "fabiano1987" because when i login me as fabiano 1987 i have done a widget (spaziocellulare.com widget) and now in this nick i haven't.

can help me please?

Hi,

When you re-installed widsets, it sounds like you downloaded the normal client from http://get.widsets.com rather than the personalised one.

When you browse with your phone to http://get.widsets.com instead of clicking on 'Download Widsets' you should click 'login' at the bottom of the page. This will take you to http://get.widsets.com/login2.html where you can type in your username and password which you used when you first registered to WidSets. This will send you the client personalised for your original account, including your original widsets.

Hi Daniel,
I used my phone's browser (Obigo Browser Q04C1-1.11 Build on Feb 07 2006) to access http://get.widsets.com and on the page I got the option to install widsets (new user) or "login to upgrade the application to the latest version". I logged in and was told "You are using the latest version of Widsets application". The only other information on the page was a link "See Troubleshooting" or "Reinstall Widsets".


I also have Opera Mini installed on my phone. When trying to access my account using Opera Mini, I went to get.widsets.com and got the same result. The only thing different was that with the Opera Mini, "Download Widsets for the Nokia 6230" was included rather than just "Reinstall Widsets" (using the other browser).

At any rate, I was unable to access my account information using the browsers I have on my phone. Perhaps it is due to limitations on my phone, a Samsung A920. Can you advise, please? Thank you very much.

Hi,

I'm a bit lost now, I'm not sure what you wanted to do :)

If you want to get your own client from widsets, then you need to go to http://get.widsets.com with your mobile browser and login using your username and password - when you've logged in, you can click on 'reload widsets' and THAT will send you a new client personalised with your account information (sorry if I wasn't clear enough).
