Dashboard Sync Problem

Hi,

I'm having an out sync issue with the dashboard. An error pops up when i try to rearrange my daashboard and says it's out of sync and i have to reload.

I'd appreciate any help.

Hi StrikeFreedom,

you get this kind of note in a case that you have first removed some widgets on the dashboard of your mobile phone and then you start to re-arrange the icons on the website dashboard. You need to first synchronise these two dashboards before you can really start to re-arrenge them again.

Do you feel that this note is somehow unclear or misleading? I assume that as you raise this problem to the Forum, maybe a more informative message would better to tell the end user why this is needed?

Ah, the problem is the two empty widsets on my carousel. It won't let my delete them. Every time i click the trash button, it says "error changes cannot be saved." Very strange problem.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, I've now fixed your dashboard. However, you'll find that your widgets are now in one long line so you'll have to move them around in the web gui.

If you have any further problems please ask here.
