Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
I've made a few changes in my tagging for my already published widget, but after checking the agreement of the terms at the bottom of the page I can't submit the changes?
Anyone?
BTW, working on a macbookpro osx 10.4 with ff 2.0 and safari 2.0.4
Thanks
Re: Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
Hi tanktron,
at least last Friday we were facing problem with the website, aespecially creating a widget page. Log out and log in was a way to get the pages working correctly again,as a quick fix. Please, try that if not done already.
Cheers, Taina

Oops...
I'm having the same problem but oversaw this topic and posted in the older one...

Login Out and In does not solve the issue :-(
Thanks
Re: Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
I'm suffering from the same problem.
Site doesn't allow me to publish new or to update current widgets. I have tried with IE, Opera and FF, none of them don't seem to work.
I'm at the uni so hopefully that's the problem somehow, but I don't know.
Cheers.

Re: Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
Hi,
when you started to face this problem as I can see from the libraray that you have been able to publish the widgets ealier?
Do you get any error, or do you have exactly the same problem that the OK button does not get active?
Thanks!
Taina
Re: Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
Hi,
Ok button seemed to be active, but was unclickable. All my browsers said "error on page". I managed to publish one widget now, slow it was though.
Don't know what was wrong, haven't updated my browsers or anything.

I was able to publish new widgets, but wasn't able to replace existing ones.
My browser read "finished, but with errors on page" when I was republishing.
It's semi-working properly.
Re: Agreeing to the terms won't show an active OK button
These problems seem to be still continous, right? We are not able to reproduce and therefore it's hard to fix anything. Could it be in the connection?
I will try to find out if there's some more information needed from you to help us to dig deeper tp the problem.
Taina
