Some of the web logos created are 8-bit transparent PNGs which blend well against a white background. However, on the "Getting Started" (http://www.widsets.com/getstarted.html) page, the background is now blue, so horrible edges are noticeable around some of the icons (you have to log out to be able to view this page). Also, some of the text in the blog section is in Times New Roman, whereas, it should be a Sans Serif font (this is only evident in Firefox for me) - check out the latest blog entry and you should be able to see this. I think it's due to some accidental cut-and-paste resulting in strange markup.

I really like the look of the WidSets website, but minor things like this can take away from otherwise excellent presentation. Also, I think you should get rid of non-functioning widgets, or at least give the owners a time frame in which to fix their widget - they can spoil the general user experience (e.g. "sexy as hell" widget).

I would recommend that you apply some form of quality control on any widget that's promoted or otherwise highly visible e.g. ensure the image files are of the correct size - it wouldn't take someone very long to tweak the odd logo etc.

Of course, all of this is just my opinion (which you are of course free to ignore!)

feel free to post your ideas and feedback here :) We have recieved a lot valuable feedback and try to response to the community's wishes as we can.

I agree about the non-working widgets, there should be more control on those as they give bad experience to new users about the service.

We'll take a look on these issue.
